In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking. Bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "St.Peter-Ording-Strand" 7.8 km. Nearby attractions: Westküstenpark und Robbarium 6 km, Böhler Leuchtturm 7.8 km, Erlebnispromenade II 9.2 km, Sturmflutereignisse 29.7 km. Hiking paths: St. Peter 7.5 km, Hebbel Runderwanderweg 21.1 km, Süderdeich Vollerwiek 10.9 km. Please note: car recommended.  
"Seapoint", 3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very tasteful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower. Very beautiful view of the town. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking.
