Very beautiful, cosy semi-detached house. In the district of Tating, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (sandbox), planted inner courtyard. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Restaurant 5 km, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "St.Peter-Ording-Strand" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Westküstenpark und Robbarium 5.9 km, Böhler Leuchtturm 7.4 km, Erlebnispromenade II 7.8 km. Hiking paths: St. Peter 9.6 km, Süderdeich Vollerwiek 12.2 km. Please note: car recommended.

Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Parking (roofed). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
