"The home was very nice. The location is perfect - not too far from Boone. The kitchen was well stocked for 2 guests. Our 2 complaints were that there are no outdoor lights on the back deck. So grilling or enjoying the hot tub at night were out of the question. My biggest concern was the smoke alarms were disabled and put in a drawer in the kitchen. "

"My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and coffee pots. (regular pot and k-cup option) There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided for our trip. My daughter also loved the bunk beds in one or the rooms.The host was very responsive anytime we needed assistance. I would recommend this cabin. "

"Excellent stay! Beautiful property with beautiful views. Two full days of snow added to the enjoyment. The property owner was friendly and gracious. The only suggestions would be to replace the rocker recliner or repair its springs as it lays back much too far and somehow relocate the TV so it can be seen from all areas of the den."
