We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly book it again for our next visit to Budapest. The location is ideal—right in a vibrant square full of energy, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a full day of exploring the city. One of the highlights for us was discovering that we were within walking distance of the Szabó Ervin Library, a must-see that had been on my to-do list for a long time. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed some downtime at the pool table, which added a fun, relaxing touch to our evenings. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable—so much so that I asked for the brand details so we could recreate the experience at home. Overall, the hotel offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended!

Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

"Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated."
