I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a discomfort, specially the central Airconditioning system is set with minm Temperature at 26 degree centrigrade. In every hotel I stayed, I could set up thebtemp at 18 degree minm. I had to open the window but there was huge noise of cars as the hotel is located on a main road. Under no circumstances, this hotel should not be in the list of hotel. com specially for regular guests. Radisson chain should be informed about the syandard of this branch in Tashkent as the overal standard doesn't match the quality of Radisson worldwide.
