We found this hotel good to stay for our family. The hotel located in a 10 mins walking distance to wholesale market (ipodrom bazar) which is very great location for the travelers who want to shop. Unfotunately the hotel staff did not meet us from the airport as we requested them over the phone which gave us some stresfull time to find a transport to arrive to the location. Please carefully check with the hotel administration about its facilities which are listed as available. We picked this hotel as we read Full-service spa on their facilities but on arrival we have found that spa service is not working and was under maintanance. By the end of our stay we have found that we could actualy use the spa service but for additional cost which was aslo not mentioned in the hotel's listing details. Please double check with the hotel personal which services are available and if so is any additional/hiden cost on them before your come. Overall we found the Hotel personal friendly and great kitchen staff providing fantastic breakfast and wonderfull warm hearts attitude. The hotel location is on a 20-30 minutes driving distance from the city center. Depedning on the trafic the time may vary and the local trafic is very bussy and sometime can be found as chaotic for the overeseas travelers from overseas. Overall we have had no any problems staying in the hotel which's interiour looked very good and friendly.

Good value for money

Overall, very good value for money. Located slightly outside of city, but taxis are cheap and fast. The only problem is very bad wifi, and mobile internet is also not as good as in the city.
