Wonderful Family Stay

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The place was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect choice for our family. The accommodations provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring everyone felt right at home. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall comfort of the rooms. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

I booked last minute. So the communication was slow. Ended up calling the owner as the administrator was unreachable. For some reason, their check in / check out and other things link did not open on my US carrier phone. Ended up using an Estonian one (lucky I had one person with me who helped out). The apartment was tiny. Well set up. It served its purpose for our family. Best for 2 people only, but it had everything you’d need.

Lack of care

My ac has failed in flat 26 and blowing out hot air. It displays EF error. We have young kids and cant sleep. It feels like as in a prison. No one from customer service cares to pick up the phone. Disappointed and will ask for a charge back. Terrible.
