"When I arrived, I checked in and went to my room. There was NO HEAT on at all! The temperature outside was 12 degree Farenheit! So, that was the temperature inside my room! If they have a certain amount of rooms pre-booked, shouldn't they make sure the heat is turned on in those rooms. That way, the guests dont have to wait 3 hrs for the room to heat up! Also, it was difficult to regulate the heat while I slept. It got too hot and my nose was dry from the heat. So, I lowered it and it turned off...
