The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, close to everything. The flat is spacious and clean and has everything you need. It was very quiet too. It’s on the 3rd floor up a small windy staircase so anyone with lots of luggage or limited mobility may struggle. To us, it was fine! Check in and check out was easy too. It’s a beautiful whitewashed apartment perfectly located in the heart of the old town. Very well equipped kitchen and we were delighted to find that it had a washing machine and a Nespresso machine ☺️ Check in is in a separate building across the road which is a lovely place to work on your laptop (if needed). We received a friendly welcome and complimentary coffee! The apartment was on the top floor of an ancient building so bear in mind this could be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you! After travelling for over 16 hours and no sleep for over 30 hours we did not appreciate the fact we could not access our apartment. After 3 hours another tourist also having trouble accessing their keys helped us calling as the 20 done phone calls I tried only got me to an answering service for Unik Vacations so no HELP at all. Called them for 3 hours before we finally got in. Spoke with the Police in the street and told them the story. They ask if we wanted to report it as it could be scam. Just before reporting Unik Vacation to the Police we got the instructions of how to get in.
