It is a very new hotel, which gives it a great feel aesthetically. Some of the staff (most) were excellent and helpful, especially at the front desk. A small point, the breakfast service changes from buffet one morning to menu the next, and there can be some inconsistencies on that front. The locaiton is as good as you can probably find in Targoviste, which is not a tourist town.

The first 4 days were just fine. It's 3am and the music in the banquet hall continues... no sleep...

Consigliato.
