L’abitazione, dotata di impianto di climatizzazione, è composta da 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno completo con doccia e lavatrice, un salotto con tv e una cucina completa attrezzata e fornita per un’ottima colazione all’italiana. Negli ambienti appena ultimati, gli ospiti potranno trovare il comfort e la funzionalità per una piacevole permanenza. A 200m c'è il Castello Aragonese, ubicato vicino ad un' antica depressione naturale del banco di roccia sopra cui sorge il borgo antico della città, consiste fondamentalmente in una ricostruzione Aragonese di una precedente fortezza normanno-sveva-angioina. Taranto Vecchia, il borgo, dista 500m. Ricca di locali e ristoranti, guardata dal mare, emana un fascino particolare, soprattutto la sera quando l'illuminazione mette in risalto il profilo del borgo antico un tempo abitata dai nobili e dal clero. Acqua Holiday House permette di raggiungere facilmente Via di Palma e Via D’Aquino che distano solo 250m, sono le strade dello shopping e ciò che rende ancora più bella la passeggiata è la presenza di edifici storici e ben conservati. A 300m troverete il famoso Lungomare Vittorio Emanuele III, celebre via di passeggio, si affaccia sulle Isole Cheradi offrendo un incantevole scenario soprattutto al tramonto.
