Mary House is a 4-bed apartment for rent in Talsano, in the Taranto area, for vacations just a few kilometers from the beaches of Taranto\`s Ionian coast.  
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and barbecue.

The recently renovated Mary House apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building and is introduced by a garden equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor dining.  
The interiors of the house are modern, with brand new furniture. They consist of living room with dining area, open kitchen, sofa and TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 full shower room and a storage room.

Vacation house Mary House is located in the town of Talsano, a small town south of Taranto, an important city about 7 km away.  
Talsano is close to the Ionian coast of Taranto; the nearest beaches are about 3 km away.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
