Una gran ubicación, a una cuadra de la plaza principal, el hotel cuenta con elevador, alberca, restaurante y estacionamiento propio. Tarda un poco en salir el agua caliente, y creo que daria mas la sensacion de seguridad si las llaves de las habitaciones fueran digitales y no de herreria.

This place was actually better than I had even hoped. Really had a great time. Beautiful place and I really like the way the hotel is set up. Lots of places to just hang out and talk. I had a wonderful stay.

Very pretty hotel, just be aware that this area is cold and there is no heating in the rooms. Breakfast was great and I loved that there was hot water.

You have to wait until 9 am for a cup of coffe. Breakfast is just from 9 to 10.30 am. Very basic. No fruits . Just eggs, chilaquiles and beans. No light for reading next to bed.

Right in Town!
Right in the heart of Town 👍 Would recommend a cabin closer to “las piedras” área as not a whole lot goes on in Town, thought there would be more restaurants and bars! Very comfy beds! Antique style bath tub a plus! Breakfast was not good! Very thin walls can hear everything! But in general all good!

very nice hotel, interesting decor, great breakfast, lots of places to sit and have a nice time. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool didn't have a fence and the area was not illuminated well, so it was easy to fall in the pool at night on the way to the kitchen, and this is what happened to me

Muy buen servicio, esta ubicado a pocas manzanas de la plaza principal, solo el estacionamiento esta a dos cuadras del hotel lo que por la noche complica el traslado, pero en general muy acogedor.

Room was clean and comfortable, but some items need to be properly fixed/replaced. FYI no wifi available in large rooms. We had to go downstairs to use it. Night receptionist was courteous and helpful. We did not try their breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast was offered. Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay there again.

Amazing hotel at the heart of Tapalpa
We loved our stay here! They even gave us a better room free of charge. We were supposed to stay in the standard and they gave us a Junior which is a very nice upgrade with a bathtub in the room. The pool wasn't open (I suppose due COVID, but the weather was a bit chilly so even if we could have used it, we wouldn't dip) Other points: - Breakfast was very good - Reliable wifi - Good location - Beautiful hotel overall - Free parking

Charming but overall pricey for what it is
The hotel was rustic and really charming. The style and design very typical of Tapalpa. There were actual old fashioned huge brass keys to the rooms instead of cards. Some amenities lacking, like a/c. The service was friendly enough but they treated the wifi code like a matter of national security, even though it was included in the room. The breakfast was only so-so. I would recommend eating in the town.

Highly recommended hotel
LOVE IT !!!!! The location is a block from downtown, the entire hotel is like in the old days, wood, clay tiles, super lovely hotel, and the door key is the old really old fashion key. The view was fabulous, very romantic. The whole staff is very friendly, and best part well if you have a car, they have parking which is hard to find in the town.

Delightful boutique hôtel
The rooms were exceptionally delightful. The fruit and muesli at breakfast was delicious but the bread and butter were not to our liking. The reception staff were ever so friendly, and did their best to make us feel at home. Without doubt this was an exceptional holiday and made even more memorable by the attentiveness and courtesy shown to us by the hotel staff. A special thanks to Guadalupe who more or less adopted us. We appreciated it hugely

El cuarto excelente, muy acogedor, con gran espacio, solo que la cama estaba muy dura y tardaba muchísimo en salir el agua caliente de la regadera. El área de piscina muy sucio y descuidado, el agua estaba muy sucia.

La televisión nunca funciono, lo reporte varias veces a la recepcion y solo rebotaban el problema al siguiente turno. Hay demasiado ruido en el hotel y en el baño se escuchaba cada que lo usaban los de la habitacion de un lado

Muy bien ubicado … el cuarto tenía fuga de agua del escusado haciendo ruido .. se reporto y no hicieron nada por arreglarlo .. Se reporto la falta de shampoo y No lo arreglaron . La TV se ve muy mal .. pésima señal El cuarto muy bien , cama cómoda .. instalaciones buenas

Lo que único que no me agrado es que el agua de la alberca no estaba caliente y no pudimos ingresar a ella por qué a lo que menciono el personal si tenía climatización pero por medio de paneles solares y no los tenían prendidos entonces no se podia calentar el agua

Genial para una escapada de fin de semana
Excelente ubicación y hermosos cuartos. El desayuno incluído estaba muy rico. El único problema que encontramos es que el agua caliente no es tan caliente, pero con esa excepción, lo recomiendo ampliamente
