"The entire place was a joke. The room we had; you could feel a dirty environment. The walls were patched with different paint colors, the furniture (a chair and table) was from the 70's. The bed was like a cot with springs, and the linens were dirty. The bathroom had 2 towels and no floor mat. There was no hanging space or luggage area for our clothes. The"staff" was a box with your name on an envelope. The place was an old run down Econo lodge with old peeling brown paint and junk laying...

Top Taos Hotel Reviews

Palacio De Marquesa

10/10 Excellent

"Great place with a cool boutique kind of vibe! Loved the shared amenities with the sister property El Monte Sagrado!"

Old Taos Guesthouse B&B

8/10 Good

"Old Taos Guesthouse is nicely located 2 miles drive from Taos Old Town Plaza. (Stop at Taos Cow ice cream shop on the way into town!!) The price was very reasonable & included breakfast, which was delicious. The property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is with our particular room (#7). The room was very large with a working fireplace, however there was no shelves/chest of drawers for clothes or even a luggage rack to open your suitcase. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers. I would suggest replacing the fake plant with something to hold your clothes. The bathroom was very tight with no counter & only one hook. The bathroom window did not open. I would definitely stay here again, but not in Room 7."

Dreamcatcher Bed and Breakfast

10/10 Excellent

"Just got back from our short but sweet trip to Taos, NM & our stay at the Dreamchatcher Bed & Breakfast. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, restful stay among the green trees in Taos. The staff was very accommodating at breakfast. My son & I are gluten-free and vegetarian. The staff made us wonderful avocado toast on gf bread with chia seed pudding on the 1st morning & polenta with maple syrup & pecans - absolutely delicious! My husband also enjoyed the French toast with strawberries & cream (part of the regular full breakfast with eggs & bacon). I would definitely stay at the Dreamcatcher Bed & Breakfast again!"
