Excellent skier’s location. Front desk staff, maintenance crew and after-hours valet were very friendly and helpful. The apartments vary in size and some amenities, as they are privately owned though managed by Snakedance. From your ski locker its just steps to the snow. True ski-in ski-out condo. Room are nice, staff is helpful. The restaurant is OK, not great. The bed was not that comfortable, but it was fine. The heater is radiant heating in the floor. As the signs tell you, it takes time for the temperature to change in the room. So I'm sure in the winter time its nice and warm, however in the spring or summer these room will not cool down at all. With the fan and all the windows open, it was still to hot in the room. Staff was SO helpful shuttling us and luggage up the steep hill on a narrow icy road, because you have to park in the public parking area which is packed and quite a walk. I wish I had know that before arrival, and I would've called the hotel ahead of time. But when they saw us struggling up the hill they came running and took great care of us. We had 2-bedroom 2-bath and it was VERY roomy. Nice sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. And of course you can't beat being about 40 yards from the ski lift! I could hear people outside in the mornings, but that means it's time to get up and hit the slopes!
