2 king beds and a queen bed provide comfortable sleeping for 6 adults. 3 children can find comfortable sleeping comfortable on one twin sofa bed in the office and and 2 portable twin fold out futons.

Another plus - the 2nd king bedroom contains a kitchenette with apartment size gas oven / range, under counter apartment size fridge and single bowl kitchen sink. This arrangement works especially well for groups with small children or senior adults who may have differing eating, sleeping or waking times time.

(Please be informed that the adobe exterior was unable to be updated this season due to the "early winter arrival" Consequently, the stucco color coat has to wait until the first signs of spring let us know when the new color coat can be added. This routine is nothing new to Taos residents. However, we feel compelled to inform our guests so as to avoid disappointments. Please compare our "before and after photos so as to avoid any "surprises" upon arrival. . Chances are good that we will have record snow this winter to make up for last winter and no one will know the difference! We are keeping our fingers crossed.
