"I really loved Castiglione di Sicilia - the town is perched on top of a crest of mountain and looks amazing as you are driving in. This seemed like quite a small town with lots of older folk in their older fiats and renaults, or sitting on street corners for a coffee or drink. "This apartment is a bit out of town but has amazing views and is right on a cheap bus route. There is a lovely bakery a short walk away and we ate out on the terrace under the orange tree watching the world go by and the cruise liners in the bay.The air conditioning works well and is really quiet.
