It's due for a renovation and Archi was planning one this fall. You can see several other units listed in this complex have undergone significant renovations. It also has no AC and portable units are needed in the summer that had trouble keeping up. The full bath in the loft bedroom had a lot of mildew on the ceiling from from the humidity build-up. The furnishings are plain and spartan - kitchen is stocked OK with what you'll need, but there are 6 bath towels provided and nothing else beyond that. The townhouse location is perfect! Nestled in the Poconos it is a few minutes from the water park (or you can walk), 5 minutes from the state park (lots of great walking/hiking trails), close to town and The Village has a community pool, hot tub and more. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and scenic. There was an issue with the satellite TV (a new roof was put on the townhouse and the satellite was not reinstalled properly) but the owner (Archi) was quick to respond and it was fixed in a few hours by the company.
