Come enjoy your stay at my renovated townhouse located in The Village At Camelback.This cozy cabin style house is a SKI-ON/SKI-OFF unit which allows access to the slopes within 150ft from the house to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!! My Townhouse has Wi-Fi and 4 Air conditioner units, one in the living room, one in each downstairs bedrooms and one in the loft.Come sit and relax in the living by the propane fireplace and watch a movie on the 60" 4K Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps. A Blu-ray player and X-Box 360 is also connected to the living room Tv. The Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare basic meals, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bowls and cups. There is also a 12 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and microwave provided.The bar has wine glasses, margarita glasses and beer mugs. The house has 3 bedrooms Bedroom #1 - is the loft which has a Queen size bed, 32" Tv and a wireless Blu-ray player where you can stream your movie apps Bedroom #2 - has a full size bed, 32" Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps Bedroom #3: has a Queen size bed and Twin size bunkbeds and a 48" Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps A plush Queen size Air mattress is provided for the 9th and 10th guest. Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided. I do not supply wash cloths. Please bring pool towels. Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs and a few garbage bags. The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided but may need to be refilled so please check before you start grilling. Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck. The Parking lot for this unit is located on Camelback Rd right next to the association office and clubhouse ( CLUSTER 1A ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy. Located a couple miles down the road from Big Pocono State Park- the views and trails were amazing and minutes from the rental unit. The Pocono Outlets are around the corner as well. It was a great location. The owner was super responsive and very nice! This rental was a great value and infinitely better than a hotel for a family like ours.
