The lowest floor is a fun hangout spot for everyone, complete with a fitness room and a lounge with a TV, a full-size refrigerator for snacks and drinks, and a pool table. Take your pick of bedrooms designed in a sleek, contemporary style! The first room of this home is just to the left when guests walk through the front door. This room has a contemporary cabin vibe, and is just down the hall from a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. At the end of this hallway is the spacious second bedroom, complete with a lovely royal blue bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. If you choose to go up the stairs from the main floor, the third bedroom will be straight ahead. This is a bunk room, with a cheeky forest animals theme and backyard view. The fourth bedroom is at the other end of the hall, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies between the two rooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. We were very disappointed in the bathrooms - the downstairs bathroom had precious remnants garbage and a used soap bar in the shower. The upstairs bathroom had a very distinguished dirt ring around the tub. We discovered the water doesn’t drain well which adds to that problem. The dishwasher was not functioning properly and we had to hand wash all the dishes as they were not cleaned after the cycle. The freezer was very dirty. If things were cleaned more thoroughly, especially the bathroom, it would have been a more pleasant experience. ##### Angela C. The house was overall great. It was huge and the amenities were awesome. Two things I would suggest. The rugs really need to be cleaned. The looked very dirty and almost muddy. This year, not so much. We are a family of ten and in the kitchen there were 2 water glasses, 2 wine glasses and seven forks (the first night we had to share the forks so that we could all eat). Additionally, the upstairs shower was disabled, some of the remotes for the tv's were missing and there was no propane in the grill. Good location and layout with plenty of rooms/bathrooms for a family. Read the other reviews prior to our arrival hoping that the overall “cleanliness” issue had been addressed (even called to inquire ahead of time). Disappointed at the lack of attention paid to the cleanliness issue by the owner/ property manager. Kitchen was not equipped with pots/pans for meal preparation. Towels/linens/bedding need to be replaced as they are showing their age, so it would probably be a good idea to bring your own. Just a suggestion. Overall we had a good time. ##### Cindy C. Filled with everything including comforting and enjoyment.
