This home is nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain and is just a couple of minutes to the 33 lighted slopes on Camelback Ski Resort. This home, being a year round rental is available to take advantage of all the Poconos has to offer. Being along side Camelbeach waterpark offers quick access to the many waterslides, pools and even a wave pool for your family to enjoy. If you're the outdoor type, just a couple of minutes away is Camelback Adventure park featuring the longest zip lines in the country. The top of Camelback Mountain you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or just the fantastic views at Big Pocono State Park which include eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York and New Jersey If relaxing is on the agenda, you can enjoy the warmth of a fire in the cozy living room. Central Airconditioning will make you feel comfortable while watching your favorite cable shows or taking advantage of the free Wifi. The house was perfect for my son & daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and myself. After skiing each day, we enjoyed the hot tub! Played Uno and then watched a movie. The instructions were very clear for entering the house and what needed to be done before departing. Thank you to the owner and to VRBO! It checked all the boxes a family or a group of friends need. The house is conveniently located to all area attractions, yet set in nice quiet neighborhood. The home decor is perfect for that country feeling and very roomy. Having 2 full bathrooms upstairs for the bedrooms and a 1/2 bath downstairs is great (along with washer dryer) The house had everything we needed and a bonus of hot tub and real wood burning fireplace which we used both and loved. This will be where we stay going forward. I did not need to reach out to Emilio once we arrived but any questions I had leading up to the rental were answered super quick. ##### Karen C. The dogs loved laying by the full length windows on both sides of the front door so they could see out. Nice open kitchen, family room, and dining area. Spacious bedrooms and closet space. Great screened in back deck with hottub that we used every day. The community pool was also very nice, and we were happy to find that it was heated because the temp was in the low 70s for most of our stay. There is a new front deck on the house where my husband enjoyed napping in his hammock. New kitchen appliances. Reliable wifi that accommodated all of our cellphones and laptops. We hit the waterpark, the casino, the golf couse, the tennis courts, the pool, the movie theater, the bowling alley, and did some local shopping, so there is plenty to do around the area. From the house and in the neighborhood, we saw lots of deer, chipmunks, squirrels, lizards, and even a big black bear! The owner, Emilio, was pleasant, easy to deal with, and answered all my questions very promptly. A few minor suggestions would be to add some new pots and pans, plastic storage containers for leftovers, and chip clips. ##### Amy F. Everything in the description holds true. We got there and we unpacked and enjoyed all aspects of the home. Communication with the home owner was very professional and prompt. Thankful for the fireplace in the freezing temperatures. House was very clean! Only thing missing was hand soap at the kitchen sink and dry measuring cups and spoons for baking. All very minor!
