"Our host Ash provided great communication. She was willing to take care of concerns we had about cobwebs surrounding the patio areas and inside furniture issues. The hot tub was a hit and made relaxing during the evening a needed pleasure. The pool was very good for a workout. Found it to be a little inconvenience for family gatherings to set, lounge and enjoy. The kitchen was the main hangout for us. Prepared various chef meals and used the kitchen table to play various games. The theater/arcade room was entertaining for the teens. House was close to trails, wineries and the town of Blue Ridge. Recommend you have a vehicle that can take rough road to reach the house."

"We loved the cottage that accurately said the beach was an 8 minute walk. Very comfortable and decorated tastefully. Kitchen was easy to get around in and locate things. My 18 month old grandson loved all the wonderful rocks around the property! Bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. We had a little problem that was resolved quickly. I wish there had been a phone number to call. All done with email and my preferred mode of communication is still using the telephone. Will come back!"

"The house was very nice and in a great location. Not far from all the attractions. It fit our family of 15 perfectly. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. I do wish we had access to the pond out back but there is a public lake access not far away. Overall, we had a fantastic time."
