It's a nice villa, and I'd recommend it with a few nuances. There's plenty of space, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked well, and a nice pool. Parking is nearby if you need it. I didn't see the beach, but I really liked the small Mensa restaurant, 5-7 minutes from the house. What I didn't like: it was a bit difficult to find at night; there's construction going on all around, which creates some additional noise. If you're in the pool, you can be clearly seen from the kitchen window from the construction site across the street; there are no curtains on the window. Neighbors from the second floor can see you in the pool. The area itself is still in its infancy; there are some shops with the bare essentials, but it's not suitable for discerning travelers.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tejaprana Resort and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed providing exceptional service that truly elevated our stay. Wow! This resort was so beautiful, and the location was so peaceful. The villa was roomy and luxurious feeling. It had a king-sized bed with mosquito netting, an indoor bathroom and an outdoor shower and a private pool. The pool at the restaurant was so beautiful that we used it instead. We scheduled a message at the spa, which was affordable and incredible. Try the French toast at breakfast. It was an easy Grab car ride into Abud and a nice break from the hustle of the city.
