Located on the first floor with lift of the Oxalis residence, the Oxalis 105 can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. This splendid walk-through apartment with two terraces combines the spirit of a mountain chalet with the modernity of a new residence, right on the slopes in the heart of the Praz de Lys resort. Within easy reach of the resort centre, restaurants, shops, mini-market and entertainment. Its location and annexes make it ideal accommodation for a family holiday.
It comprises
An entrance hall with cupboards and a utility room including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate WC.
The living area with its bay windows comprises a beautiful modern kitchen with a central island opening onto the lounge/living room, which opens onto a 14m2 south-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the village and surrounding mountains. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. The living area has a sofa bed (for extra sleeping space), Smart TV, wifi ADSL.
Two spacious, light-filled bedrooms with double beds, one of which is en suite with a shower room, access a second terrace on the slopeside.
A third large en suite family bedroom with double bed and bunk bed (sleeps 2), plus a separate cabin with bunk bed (sleeps 2).
A shower room with WC completes this flat, perfect for your alpine getaway.

The Oxalis residence is located opposite the Tourist Office, on your left as you enter the resort. Residence entrance: to the left of the U’Tile mini-market. Main residence door with keypad: if the keypad doesn't respond, try again several times. Apartment OXALIS 105 is on the 1st floor, at the far right as you exit the elevator.
We always aim to welcome our guests in person. Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay. If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
