The apartment is located in very decent area, very nice neighborhood, very friendly people, everything you need you find in the avenue Fes where the apartment is located as it shows in the photos you can find all kind of restaurants and stores in few meters from the building you can walk any time day or night in the area, the beach shown in the photos is 4 min away driving, the stores stay opened until midnight or 24/7.
Kids are allowed any ages.
