One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. I always stay here when visiting my mum, i Stayed 7 nights, overall is good, but the air conditioner was not working. The room temperature is 25 C, it's in middle of March. Temperature 15 C daytime outside. The service is still good, they gave me a fan.

There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything.
The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday!
We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!
