"Its an old pub, for an overnighter it was fine, limited facilities but you get what you pay for. Staff very helpful and very clean, lots of stairs, Indian Hut nearby was superb, very happy with my quick stopover in Boonah!"

"The house itself was nice and in a good location, but the management and overall experience were extremely disappointing.Due to the host’s negligence in not preparing enough water in the water tank, the entire house lost water supply during our stay. There was no running water for toilets, showers, or even basic hygiene, making the property unsanitary and unliveable.As a result, our group trip had to be cut short and we could not complete the activities we had planned. Late at night, we were forced to urgently pack up in a mountain area and drive home exhausted on dark roads with very limited street lighting, which was stressful and unsafe.What frustrated us most was that the host never came in person to help. Instead, we were remotely instructed to go outside into the dark to investigate the issue ourselves, including following incorrect instructions, before finally being told the water tank was empty Because we still wanted to continue our trip, we even considered the alternative accommodation suggested by the host, but unbelievably we were asked to pay extra money for it It was also very difficult to contact Stayz for support. After we lodged a complaint, a Stayz representative told us over the phone that our case should qualify for a full refund and promised to keep us updated by email. However, after that conversation, we received no further updates or follow-up from Stayz at all, which made the whole experience even more frustrating and stressful."
