Llama a recepción en la madrugada y NO ME RESOLVIERON dijeron que hasta a las 8am que llegaba el supervisor me darian solución... Buen Hotel, hasta pronto.

La vdd nos fue muy bien con lo de la limpieza muy atentos las Sras. que nos tocaron en los días que estuvimos por ahí, la gerente persona muy servicial, y la Sra, que nos proporciona la alimentación a pesar de que esta sola atendiendo a tantas personas, porque estaba lleno el Restaurant en el piso 4, ella muy atenta con todos, muy amable y muy servicial en los momentos que se le solicitaba algo, inclusive vi que atendía a los niños y uno que otro bebe, muy bien por ella, se tienen que decir las cosa malas como las cosas buenas y esa es una de ellas, Gracias Sra. por sus atenciones.

Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto dos cosas: una es que las camas son un poco duras y la más importante es que hay ruido excesivo, para dormir tuve que usar tapones de oidos, sino definitivamente imposible descansar. Se escucha todooo!!!

Hotel muy descuidado, para los años que tiene

El principal problema es que no se puede regular la temperatura de el agua, en mi primera visita, apenas estaban por inaugurar y no funcionaba bien, ahora a tres años sigue igual, es muy peligroso pues cuando sale caliente de improviso, podría provocar una importante quemadura, amenidades cero, no hay agua para beber, ya no digamos algún otro detalle, cuando te vas a bañar como no se regula el agua y sale como en pulsos, se desperdicia muchisima, las toallas están desgarradas, hay sólo un toma corriente, y sólo un switch con dos lámparas de iluminación, definitivamente, no creo volver.
