Experience vibrant South Tampa in this detached modern 1BR/1BA efficiency located in the rear of the property. Enjoy a queen bed, granite kitchen and full bath. Convenient to local attractions, downtown Tampa 10 minutes, Busch Gardens 15 minutes, beaches 30 minutes.

The space
Detached garage guesthouse that has been totally remodeled and updated . The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner hot plate. Full size bathroom and flat screen smart TV.

Guest access
the detached garage guesthouse is located in the rear of the main property, walk down the right side of the main house through the fence gate and you will see the Front door of the guesthouse.

Parking:
Please use street parking. Be mindful not to block any driveways or mailbox.
