Big, well-appointed bedrooms, comfortable furniture, very cozy. An easy 15 minute walk to the middle Ybor, free trolley, etc. The one thing we did not expect was how close it was to the freeway - it is quite noisy in the front of the house with the traffic noise. We had hoped to spend our mornings on the front porch but were actually delighted to instead spend them in the sun porch in the back. And it's an unusual and historic little neighborhood to walk around in, with many updated houses, many not, cobblestone streets, and lots of neighborhood cats. This house and neighborhood has lots of charm and character. We loved it. We had lots of questions about the property and the owner was quick to respond to all of them. ##### Michelle W.
