Birds, turtles, fish, hawks, eagles, and alligators are a regular sight along with the occasional otter. Master bedroom has a balcony view of the pool and pond. The Master bathroom shower has dual shower heads, a walk-in closet, and dual vanity. 4th bedroom with balcony, pool, and lake views. 2-story home with an electric fireplace, smart TVs and large kitchen. 2 rooms on the first level are not accessible to guests and are not shown in photos. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. This house is located in one of the nicest, quietest, residential communities I’ve ever been to. This house is not a cookie cutter. Every room has something special and charming about it. Truly amazing from the beautiful bedrooms and large balconies overlooking the pool to everything one needs to spend a restful, relaxing week with family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom, including shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. Simply amazing! Reaching out to the owners and booking the house is extremely easy. Every time I needed something or I had a question they responded to me right away. The kids loved the pool. The location was very good, in a quiet residential area about a 20-25 minute drive to most sites of interest in Tampa (but much closer to the state fairgrounds and amphitheater). All the fun things to do in the Tampa area are a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the screened in pool. Hosts were friendly and helpful during check in and out. I would have liked to have a smoking section a little closer than the picnic area or the sidewalk. But I dealt with it, because those were the rules.
