No heat, no help

To be fair it was unseasonably cold during our stay. The heat didn’t work (53 degrees in the house and only 62 degrees after 5 hrs of running the furnace) and the renters would not do anything to assist except tell us we needed to work through VRBO to find other arrangements and get a refund. We finally had to move our family out and get a hotel bc too cold to stay there.
