A Spacious townhome in quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants within 10 mins of Moffitt Cancer Center, Busch Gardens, USF, Downtown, and the zoo. Minutes away from I-275 and Veterans Expressway, 20/30 mins. to the gorgeous beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Don't forget to check out the museums, Armature works, Sparkman Wharf, and riverwalk! Which are about 15 minutes away.

SmartTV is hooked up to the wifi so you can enjoy your favorite shows using your own streaming apps.
The space
My home is simple and extremely comfortable, you'll feel right at home! Nearby main attractions and colleges. Washer and Dryer ready for you to use. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at a cozy place in Tampa

Please be advised: The pool may be closed due to maintenance, cleaning, or weather.
Note: For guest with special needs please note main bedroom is on second floor, no wheelchair access. .
Other things to note
The townhome is comfortable for 3 adults.
The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a futon that converts into a full-size futon. There is a pack and play upon request.
There is secure high speed internet available and a movie theater is only a 15 min drive from my place.
For guests staying minimum 30 days a month-to-month rental agreement will be required.
