Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop. RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home! Well located for all that central Florida has to offer. AIRPORT-22 mi.; Ybor/Downtown-14/15 mi.; Hard Rock CASINO-8 mi.; Busch Gardens-14 mi.; Gulf BEACHES-39 mi.; DISNEY-55 mi.; NASA-105mi; Shopping MALL-9 mi. Great central location for day trips throughout the week. Close to grocery stores for quick trips to grab essentials. A little off the beaten path so sometimes it was a little longer drive to some restaurants but nothing inconvenient, just plan for that with a hungry toddler haha! Great communication and responsiveness from hosts. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest of all the VRBOs we have stayed at which is always helpful when rushing out the door with a toddler in tow!
