The neighborhood was safe, the house was clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, and kitchen ware. This was a great choice for our family trip. I had a couple of questions before and during the stay and the host very quickly responded. We enjoyed our stay, and would return if back in the area.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely Seffner home. The host was extremely attentive. They left snacks for our teenagers which they thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The house is adorable and comfortable. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool . My husband and I enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. It’s is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our stay could not have been better.

House was well stocked with kitchen/coffee supplies and cookware - had everything we needed to enjoy a family weekend in. We played pool and ping pong, swam in the nice, clean pool. Was 10 minute drive to shops, grocery stores and 15 or so more to a handful of restuarants. Beds were very comfy. Owner was readily available if we needed anything at all - which we didn't during our stay.

This house is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is a beautiful retreat. The house is very well appointed, everything we needed for a two week stay was right at hand. The owners were highly responsive and helpful.

Host were great and exceeded my expectations, they leave toothpaste and toothbrushes, and snacks, neighborhood is dated but the house was impeccable, location is around 30 mins east of the Tampa airport, pool was beautiful with comfortable water temperature, I would definitely stay there again!!

#### Excellent stay in Tampa area

My family and I rented the house for a long weekend and had a fabulous stay! The house was well equipped in all aspects, the owners were very responsive, and we had great time in the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay in this house!
