The rooms themselves were very nice, and the staff was nice too. The building is outdated and the shower felt like showering in an RV, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice from checkin to check out and while I just walked around. Especially during breakfast, which I need to also add the food for breakfast is probably the most delicious food I’ve ever had at a hotel. Breakfast hotel eggs usually make me sick, but these eggs were delicious and didn’t hurt my stomach one bit. The coffee was surprisingly good also. I would stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and breakfast was available in the morning. The hotel was well located off the highway and near major things you would need. There is a small pool. Pets are welcome. Note: the hotel has a "new" policy of forcing you to take a facial photo that they store, despite providing valid government ID. This is a privacy issue and perhaps I know too much because I work in Cyber, it's an added security risk for the customer. I wrote to the parent company after my stay to have my data removed. They said it was due to "fraud", but if they have that large of a problem with fraudulent customers then maybe it's better to book elsewhere at a safer property/chain.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was great for our concert in the area. I was only a disappointed that the House keeping manager, regardless of room readiness, strictly enforces any check-in’s before the 3 o’clock time. With this strictly enforced I would have expected to not see layers of dust on some surfaces and y vacuumed corners

My stay with the family was smooth, peaceful, convenient, cost effective, and felt at home. Service is absolutely perfect. Only thing that was of concern was the pool. It was not well maintained and cleaned for the children to enjoy. Overall, I would stay again and recommend to others.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was around 5 pm, I had to wait at the front desk if someone can come to check me in. Then without any rush and not any smile, the front desk manager came to check me in. She didn't say "hello" or "welcome" etc. which wasn't nice. Then she explained the rules, the rest service from her was normal. The floor at the first floor and elevators was dirty, so when you walk - you make sound. The room was clean and normal. The bathroom had mold. The breakfast was delicious. The floor had the same loud sound of dirty. At check out front desk manager - another one didn't say "hello", not any smile, when I asked to print my invoice for incidentals, she did it with attitude that I asked her to do something bad. Not any words, when she gave it to me. I mentioned about it - why she didn't tell me "good bye", "have a good day" or "thank you for staying with us" etc - she ignored me turned around and left the front desk. When I repeat it again, she told me that she said it twice. I wonder - how she told that I didn't here. In this hotel there are not professional, not friendly, not polite staff. In this type of work - to meet guests - you cannot work with that type of opinion and intention. The General manager should teach them how to work with people, how to show hospitality. I was in shock,- I didn't see this type of behavior for a long time. I'm completely dissatisfied with customer service of this hotel. Hey, you are the face of the hotel.
