I haven’t loved a vacation rental this much in a long time. It’s aesthetically beautiful in design and its location is superb. Being home was a pleasure with the river and the tropical foliage all around. Coffee on the deck in the mornings was a great way to start the day. And sunsets were a real bonus! Going out was easy due to the proximity to the interstate and the ease of the surface streets. Full-sized appliances were practically brand new, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The furniture was comfy and everything just worked well and felt like a home. I ended up staying an extra night just for the peaceful environment. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again sometime in the future.

Graduation Week

We’ve stayed at Ed & Marianne’s several times over the past four years while our daughter attended U Tampa. It’s quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient. They are great hosts. It’s was a great find!

Perfect getaway!

The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a lovely view from the patio. It was perfect for us to have a few days of quiet as well as be in close proximity to a lot of activities and restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay!

Temporary hurricane housing

We have been staying here during the rebuilding processof our home due to hurricane damage. Couldn't have picked a better place. Clean, comfortable & cozy.Convenient location.

Great little gem of a place

My husband & I came to Tampa from Canada for a rock concert. This place was a fantastic oasis to relax in between exploring the area. Great location. Comfortable bed and lovely recliner couch . Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Easy communication with the host. Our favorite thing to do was relax on the deck in the evening and enjoy the view of the river and listen to the bird sounds. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Retreat

Seminole Heights was the perfect place for our short stay in Tampa! Not only was it comfy and quaint, it was extremely clean! Ed's directions and check-in instructions were super helpful, too! We will definitely stay here if we are ever back in the Tampa area!

Hurricane recovery accommodations

My wife and I have been staying here while our house gets repaired due to damage from Hurricane Milton. Very comfortable and home like. A rare gem. River view and central location are a plus.

What a wonderful, clean and peaceful place to spend a few days away. This home was close to everything I needed in and around Tampa! The home was so cozy, the bed was incredible and it had all the amenities I have grown to love in a VRBO.

Cute place

Very clean location. Neighborhood is starting to get revamped so it may look a little scetchy coming in but the actual property is in a nice area. Bed was not very comfortable but other than that it was a nice stay. Reminded me of a small cabin on a river type feel.

The best of the best!

After staying at several VRBO properties we can say that this one was without question the best. Property was immaculate and had a tremendous view of the river. Hosts Ed and Marianne could not have been more helpful and friendly! Their suggestions for restaurants were spot on.

Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need, nice Riverview from the deck. Owners were prompt and responsive. Gave great instructions on how to unlock and lock the door. A welcome binder with some helpful info about the area including restaurants. Would definitely book again

Marianne & Ed were very responsive. Very comfortable accomodations for a couple. Only complaint was dishes and silverware were put away dirty. Had to wash everything we used.

Relaxing, peaceful, great location

Helpful and friendly hosts, clean and well equipped. Great location near Florida Ave, with breweries, good restaurants, and hipster stuff. River view deck makes for pleasant evenings and morning coffee. Many nice small touches. Comfy bed, big towels, good shower. Complete kitchen gear. Comfy livingroom. Would return.

Our first Vrbo and it was great!

This was our first Vrbo experience, so we weren’t sure what to expect. This was so much better than staying at a hotel! It was like staying at a friend’s house. It was quiet and private and the location was a perfect distance from where we spent our days. We liked that it is just buffered enough from Florida Ave. and still close enough to Bo’s for ice cream, Wa Wa for morning coffee, and Krispy Kreme for when they had freshly made donuts. Would happily stay again!
