About this property

River Charm on the Alafia River

  • Beautiful waterfront home on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico. You will have access entire first floor of the house and a beautiful dock and huge Sundek. Bring your Boat and fishing rods or skis. (Boat Docking and trailer parking on premises) Excellent Fishing and Wakeboarding. In minutes you can be in Tampa Bay, Williams park boat ramp is just a few minutes away. One bedroom with queen bed and living room with 2 sofa beds with 1 full bath, sleeps 4 people. If you're looking for a nice waterfront restaurant we often visit Fin's or Circles in Apollo Beach, Joia on Gibsonton Drive, Rivers Edge or Tiki Docks on the Alafia, & Little Harbor in Ruskin. All noted restaurants are 5-20 mins away! The International Independent Showmen's Association Event Center and Museum is close to property and they have tours of the Museum. It can sometimes be noisy during some events. ( A few days a year). Please check for times and dates before booking if you have concerns.
