It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. With the exception of the downstairs bedroom, there are no window coverings downstairs or on the stairwell. I felt exposed to possible intruders outside, particularly at night when my husband was inpatient. The downstairs only has a half bath - no tub or shower, so this limits the usefulness of the downstairs bedroom in my opinion. At the time of our stay, the sliders downstairs had gaps at the bottom so I regularly swept up bugs from the floor. I enjoyed having a secure garage for my car and the washer/dryer.
