About this property

MODERN BOHO OASIS - 7 MINS TO RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM - PET FRIENDLY

  • If you are looking for the perfect place in downtown Tampa to spend your SUPERBOWL WEEKEND with friends and family, look no further!!!

    This Modern Boho Oasis has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy two full bedrooms and bathrooms and a patio/deck and grill, complete with chairs to relax and fully soak in the amazing "winter" Florida weather. Your stay will be equipped with everything you could need (including towels/toiletries, light snacks, TV, etc.).

    My place is a 7 minute drive to Raymond James Stadium if you will be tailgating for the SUPERBOWL!! There are many bars and restaurants walking distance as well. SOHO (South Howard Ave) is about a 15 min walk or 4 min drive if you are up for a more lively scene.

    You will have the entire place to yourself and I only ask that you please respect my home as if it was your own! If you think of anything that you need that will make your stay more enjoyable, please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen!

    ***Free parking available in driveway*** Can fit up to 4 cars and there is a parking lot directly across the street that doesn't tow. I live in a very safe neighborhood and I am the corner townhome unit. My neighbors are very quiet and respectful so please keep that in mind during your stay!

Nice but lots of cat hair.

The property was exactly as depicted. The location was the perfect distance to everything. The private backyard was perfect. LOTS AND LOTS OF CAT HAIR. There was cat hair all over the couch, beds, towels. All of my clothes were covered. When I slept I got cat hair in my mouth. I have pets at home so it didn't bother me as much but someone definitely should have vacuumed before letting somebody stay there. Besides the cat hair everything was fine.
