Walking distance to downtown Water Street and Sparkmans wharf, etc. We were able to walk every night to most places that we were going, a short walk to Sparkmans Wharf and easy walk to all the best restaurants and a few bars on Water Street. There is a cute coffee shop "Victory Coffee" right around the corner and at the end of the street there is a cute outdoor bar with some other restaurants and a gelato/coffee shop (they had the best gelato) The apartment is lovely. Very clean, fully equipped, Pool was never crowded and although we were in the middle of everything, it never got loud. Our host was quick to respond and even checked in with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. There was a bit of a mix up on parking and our host immediately took care of it. We will definitely be booking this property again. We come into Tampa a few times a year to visit family and this will be at the top of our list to book when we do come in. ##### Kathy A.
