Shane was responsive, and was very accommodating, even to our special check-in request. We did have some trouble with the access code to get in the house, which Shane did provide us a new one which worked, the code lock is glitchy, you have to type the code in really slow for it to work; I guess that’s the nature of technology (can’t necessarily blame the hosts). House was clean, though the trash from previous tenants (left in the garage as were the instructions) made the garage and kitchen area smell really bad. We were a family of 10 coming to stay at this house and there weren’t enough bath linens (wash clothes and towels) for each of us; we had to buy some extras ourselves.
