Welcome to Hilltop Hideaway — Tampa’s hidden gem! This renovated 3BR retreat features a heated pool, open living spaces, and a home office nook. The pool is heated year round to 85-87 but dependent on the ambient temperature. the pool is apx 3-5' deep

This 3 bedroom 1 bath hilltop hideaway is the perfect spot for a base camp for adventure or just a relaxing

Note: The driveway has a steep incline — fine for trucks, SUVs, and most cars, but low-riding vehicles should take extra care.

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

Great house!

The property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighbor hood is definitely in a transition phase of improving the houses, but it is cute and quaint. Nebraska Avenue was not as safe as we had hoped, but we felt very safe in the house. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great for us.

We used this property while moving our daughter to town for an internship at the Tampa Zoo. The closeness to the Zoo made it great for us to get around back and forth to the zoo. I only wished i could of rented the house for her to stay in while doing her internship.

Loved Hilltop

We didn’t know what to expect because we’ve never been to the Tampa area. This neighborhood was quiet and safe and so quaint. We fished in the river which was a block away from the house. The house was clean, stocked well, and comfortable. It was simple and adorable. Great stay!

The Hot Hill

Cute home and area but not pointing out the steep driveway issue in the listing is an issue. Also remotely altering a/c doesn’t increase guest comfort level. 2 notes not about the property: one neighbor very loud offensive language on one side and construction with generator running on other(know before you go)

I have a screen shot of a message the host sent me saying that they was gunna post pictures of me and my spouse naked in the back yard. Invasion of privacy and unprofessional. I will be report this person to the authorities…..

Bed linen was dirty

The home is located on a hill and the drive way is extremely low,, which caused me to hit the bottom of my car numerous times. My 2 year old granddaughter was with me and there was no access to the back yard. The listing advertised POOL which is false advertisement if the pool is still under construction. You find that out later after you reserve your stay.
