▪️ We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

▪️ Please discontinue use of the outside porch after 9 PM, as noise may disturb nearby neighbors.
▪️ Only one vehicle may be parked in the driveway at a time. A second vehicle may block the sidewalk, which is a city violation. Free street parking is available in front of the house.
▪️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and garage. If there is any residual smoke odor or evidence of smoking in either area, a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Allowed Pets: 50 lbs. per pet. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking inside the property or garage. If there is any residual smoke smell or evidence that smoking occurred inside the house or garage, the guest will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
▪️ Please discontinue use of the outside porch after 9 PM and respect the neighbors by avoiding disturbances or parking on their premises.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
