Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Unable to check in

We rented the property but were not able to check in, when arriving at the property someone was already there and we weren’t able to stay. The booking was not approved by the host and not available even though it told us it was. Vrbo took care of the money we paid but the inconvenience was the biggest problem because I have small children.
