This house is small, but it is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is huge and fenced in. My dog had plenty of room to run and have fun. It’s very hard to find a house this nice that allows pets, I’m so glad that they did! My husband was at MOFFITT for surgery, and for me to come home and be with my dog in this beautiful little house was just the medicine I needed.. The property manager answered immediately when I had questions. Everything was handled quickly and she was very attentive. She checked in the first night to see how we got along and if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed, and it’s beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is friendly and it’s one block off 56th where there’s restaurants, coffee, Publix everything you need. Community is so friendly! Lots of food and parks near by. The house was newly updated. I'm creeped out by dirt and this house was cleaner than a million dollar house I stayed in the month before. The ceilings are low. So, if you're taller than 6'3" the showers aren't going to work for you. The air-conditioning isn't very good at circulating and you get hot at night. We found we had to set thermostat at 59 at night so we didn't sweat to death. Once we figured that out - the visit was comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Could have used a few more utensils like pizza cutter, Tupperware, trash bags. The community is wonderful!!! I went for walks past 12am, alone as a female, and never felt scared. I 100% would recommend this rental to anyone and will rent again in the future. We rent houses often and this one is by far one of the cleanest and best located ones we have stayed at. ##### Carrie A.
