Staff very friendly. Bathtub could use a renovation, a/c working great. They have Continental breakfast which is a plus but it was exactly the same options every single day for seven days, could use a variety once in a while. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the pool during the whole week I was there for "renovations". Didn't see anyone working on it in a whole week we were there, other than that it was Good.

La Quinta exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked-in, the front desk was very welcoming & courteous. The facility smelled very clean & no bad odors at all. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable, and looked just like it was pictured. House keeping staff was super friendly & helpful. During my stay, there was always staff cleaning & supervising the vicinity. I believe I even saw the manager walking through the property making sure everything was perfect. There is a gym & pool & I believe a hot tub which I didn't get a chance to enjoy. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus! I was surprised to see a variety of different choices. Hands down, I enjoyed my stay & definitely recommend staying at La Quinta!

This was a VERY nice hotel. . Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was Wonderful especially our house-keeper Toshia. Other staff was really accomodating also. The ONLY problem I had was that the exterior door locks would not always work for us with our room keys

This property is older but pretty well maintained. The elevator needs updating, breakfast was just ok. Pool was out of service and we were never notified until we got there. We were fine with it because we had so much to do that we werent planning on using it. But if we had planned on using it, i wouldnt have been happy nit knowing.

Room was clean. Many areas of the hotel were dirty and run down. Only after check in did we learn that the pool was closed for renovations our entire stay. The month of May. In Tampa. Had we known that, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. As it was SOF week, we could find no other reasonably priced hotel after our arrival.

So I’m requesting a refund on my money because the room that I asked for they did not have they gave. They refuse to give me an early check-in as well as when we did arrive to the hotel the room that they tried to put me in was dirty I asked for a rolling shower because my mom is handicapped. We were unable to get it because the actual room that they tried to book me into was dirty and they stated they only had two rooms and the other room was already occupied. We ended up going into another room, which was not the best so yes, I am requesting my money back.

Booked this property for the hot tub specifically(which broke the first night, daughter fell in the bathroom, not due to any reason from us, was told they didn’t have first aid for guess, and made the rest of my stay miserable. Found 3 bugs in my room. And staff was not very nice or try to make anything right. Was just rolls not something caused by us. Hours do I know the first time someone went up they did fix it and kept making us come back to the hotel for them to go a second time to check my room. They informed me the day before someone has antsy came and looked at it
