Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. "Rustic but adequate for overnight stop. Enjoyed our fire outside and heater inside. Could have done with a sponge for washing up. Difficult to get water to stay in sink."

"If you want to rent the guest house and the loft to different people who don’t know each other, you need to put a door on the guest house, so the guest house has privacy, as the people that rented the loft had to keep apologetic every single time they walked through, it’s not very fair on the people who rent the guest house, it also gives people the option to leave the door open or closed, both parties felt very awkward."

"Beautiful home, and amazing country views. The beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of room inside to spend time together or to spread out if in a group. About a 30min winding road drive to Mudgee so make sure you are stocked up on arrival and check with any wine tour operators about pick up locations. A lovely stay, thank you."
