Laundry room for long term guests only. Minimum age is 25 to book. No children under 13 years. No extra guests without letting us know. 3 people max.
No parties please. Our complex is family friendly. Quiet times are 10:00pm to 7:00am.
No pets please. We are severely allergic. Also do not let the cat in that hangs around the complex. This is our home away from home.
