The 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment boasts exquisite wooden features and luxurious finishes throughout.

    The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds for your comfort. Additional amenities include a washing machine/dryer, central air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can showcase your culinary skills. Unwind with a BBQ session, taking in the stunning surroundings and creating unforgettable memories in this tropical paradise.

    Langosta is a very quiet area just a short walk to down town tamarindo with a beautiful crystal clear water beach.

    To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please respect the following house rules:

    Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be considerate of neighbors.

    No Parties: Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

    Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo.

    Pets: Pets are permitted only if approved under the reservation and property policy.

    Property Care: Please treat the condo, furniture, linens, and appliances with care. Report any accidental damage promptly.

    Pool & Common Areas: Respect condominium regulations, posted pool hours, and shared facilities. No glass containers in the pool area.

    Beach & Sand: Please rinse off sand before entering the condo and avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing.

Langosta is fantastic

Overall, the property is nice and well kept. Unfortunately, the air conditioning quit working after about 12 hours. We left voice messages and texts with the property manager but no one responded. The balance of our time, we could not get the temperature below 82 degrees. It made it hard to sleep. Too bad-the unit itself is nice but the lack of air conditioning or response was very disappointing.
